ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on October 25, 2016 which inter alia, has approved the following:- Payment of second interim dividend of Rs. 1.75 per equity share (including special dividend of 0.65 per equity share) of face value of Rs. 10 each, for Q2-FY2017.
Additionally the Company note that henceforth the Board would consider dividend on a half-yearly basis.Source : BSE
